The 8^th Annual Baby/Toddler Spring Festival Pageant

March 21, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

Rules and Regulations

1. Contestants must be ages 0 thru 3 as of March 30, 2010.

2. Contestants will be judged on poise/appearance and personality.

3. Contestant must be a resident of Lehigh Acres, Florida or surrounding areas.

4. If for any reason a contestant is declared a winner and is disqualified, and/or cannot fulfill his/her commitments, he/she must give up his/her title to the next choice of the judges who will be declared the winner. Parent signature below, agree judges decision is final.

5. The parent whose name is signed below gives permission to Lehigh Acres Spring Festival and their licensees to use their child’s photograph for publicity purposes in connection with the pageant without further compensation to contestant or family.

6. Parent, whose name appears hereon agrees to abide by above rules and regulations and warrants that they have made no false representation and accepts no assurance of any kind in connection with contest other than on this entry blank.

7. Entry fee is $10.00. A copy of your birth certificate along with a recent photo (head shot) must be attached to this application. For any contestant not registered by March 13, 2010 entry fee will be $20.00.

8. Contestants will be given further information once application is received.

We hereby release Lehigh Acres Spring Festival, their agents, servants and employees from any and all claims for damages or for injuries which we may sustain while participating in any of the activities of the Baby/Toddler Spring Festival Pageant.
