1. Little Prince and Princess contestants must be ages 4 thru 8 as of March 30, 2010.
2.
Contestants
will be judged on academics/achievements, interview, poise/appearance and
personality. Talent competition will be an optional category.
3. Contestant must be a resident of Lehigh Acres, Florida or surrounding area.
4. If for any reason a contestant is declared a winner and is disqualified, and/or cannot fulfill his/her commitments, he/she must give up his/her crown, sash and title to the next choice of the judges who will be declared the winner. Contestant and parent signature below, agree judges decision is final.
5. The contestant/parent whose name is signed below gives permission to Lehigh Acres Spring Festival and their licensees to use their child’s photograph for publicity purposes in connection with the pageant without further compensation to contestant or family.
6. Contestant/parent, whose name appears hereon agrees to abide by above rules and regulations and warrants that they have made no false representation and accepts no assurance of any kind in connection with contest other than on this entry blank.
7. Entry fee is $25.00. A copy of your birth certificate along with a recent photo (head shot) must be attached to this application.
8. There will be an optional talent competition. Fee to enter the optional talent competition is $15.00.
9. There will be 1 meeting of all contestants before the pageant. It will be at Veterans Park on March 17, 2010 at 6:00 pm.

We hereby release
Lehigh Acres Spring Festival, their agents, servants and employees from any and
all claims for damages or for injuries which we may sustain while participating
in any of the activities of the Lehigh Acres Spring Festival Little Prince and
Princess Pageant.
