1. Spring Festival contestants must be female students who will be ages 9 thru 13 or 14 thru 18 as of March 30, 2012. Miss Spring Festival will be chosen from female contestants ages 14 thru 18 and Miss Junior Spring Festival will be chosen from the female contestants ages 9 thru 13.
2.
Contestants
will be judged on academics/achievements, interview, poise/appearance and
personality. Talent competition will be an optional category.
3. Contestant must be a resident of the Lehigh Acres, Florida area.
4. If for any reason a contestant is declared a winner and is disqualified, and/or cannot fulfill her commitments, she must give up her crown, sash and title to the next choice of the judges who will be declared the winner. Contestant and parent signature below, agree judges decision is final.
5. Contestants must be single and have never been married, have no children and be of good moral character.
6. The contestant/parent whose name is signed below gives permission to Lehigh Acres Spring Festival and their licensees to use her photograph for publicity purposes in connection with the pageant without further compensation to contestant or family.
7. Contestant/parent, whose name appears hereon agrees to abide by above rules and regulations and warrants that they have made no false representation and accepts no assurance of any kind in connection with contest other than on this entry blank.
8. Entry fee is $25.00. A copy of your birth certificate along with a recent photo (head shot) must be attached to this application.
9. There will be an optional talent competition. Fee to enter the optional talent competition is $15.00.
10. There will be approximately 5 rehearsals. You will be notified of the dates as soon as your application is submitted.
