The Lehigh Acres Spring Festival is pleased to announce that this will be our 35th year(Learn More)to offer our FREE festival to the community of Lehigh Acres. We are very proud of the advances that we have made with this fun filled, annual family event.

Our festival, held at beautiful Veteran's Park @ 55 Homestead Rd., will begin on March 20th and will climax with an exciting parade that will be held on Sat., March 28th. This will be 9 days filled with wonderful professional entertainment as well as many of our very own local talents with this years theme A Journey Through The Decades.

We would like you to know that the Spring Festival is a non-profit organization with the goal of providing our local schools, clubs and civic organizations the opportunity to raise money for their causes.
We provide the "people" by offering the FREE entertainment. "They" provide the money to the clubs by way of purchasing their sodas, sausage sandwiches and cotton candy. Everyone wins with this event!

In order to provide such diverse entertainment, we must solicit financial backing from the businesses that help to make this community the "hometown" that we all enjoy. Its our sponsors that make it all possible!

35th Year?
Weren't we up to 38th? Yes there was a change made after going through the old programs.
The oldest one we found was from 1975. Could there have been others? Well if you've lived here before that time you would know that we had the Turkey Run.or called Frolic by some, This event was held several years prior at the Lehigh Corporation. Charlie Matheny and Don Frankle Sr. had begun that event first and it later stoppped and the Spring Festival was born soon after.
These two events were considered the same by most and was the reason for the mis-calculation. We have now adopted the correct dates. (we think)
